all-inclusive property research
Need a comprehensive overview for a new site? Identify the property by address or parcel # and we will research: size, improvements, utilities, topography, future land use, ownership information including contact information, and traffic counts, as applicable.
Win the listing by presenting a detailed listing proposal to the property owner(s) and earn their business. This package includes the all-inclusive property research, plus a pre-prepared listing agreement, and a marketing package.
document administration management
Let us fill out the paperwork so you can get back to lead generating. We will prepare and manage all contractual documents for the subject property, per your specifications. Documents include: listing agreement, plus 1 extension/amendment; up to 3 letters of intent per site; up to 2 separate purchase and sale agreements, plus 2 contract extensions/amendments.
contract to close
Once a property goes under contract, your CREVA will manage the rest of the closing process for you. We will review all necessary documents and prepare any amendments for missing information, upload and submit required documents to your office using broker's internal system, communicate relevant calendar dates to all parties involved and mark your calendar. After the property has closed, we will also prepare a closing details report for comps purposes and send it to your listing services representative.
Branding & marketing suite
As your business begins to grow, we can help build the foundation for your branding. We will develop a company logo and related graphics, provide customized marketing material templates for a flyer and a marketing package, and devise a three month branding plan of action to build or enhance your online presence.
